Kudos to Thacker towing and it’s employees. When my son borrowed my Lincoln Navigator and traveled to Rainbow City he backed in but missed a driveway and was in a steep yard or ditch and it was completely on soft ground (due to rain) and could not move. I was stuck at home in Albertville and it was midnight.
They quickly responded to his (our) situation. I was pleased with the price quoted and they even took debit via phone. I want to “Thank you all” for your professionalism, time and quick response and a very, very competitive rate. I recommend this company 100%. God bless you all!
